$300.00 Per Hour. A minimum of four (4) hours rental. One hour set up and one hour clean up at no addtional charge.

A $300.00 Security Deposit is due thirty (30) days in advance.

Up to 100 guests

Amenities: The package includes on-site parking, TV Screens, a Surround Sound System, a Full Kitchen (warming food only), and four (4) hours of Security Guard.

Repass Flat Rate: $800 for five (5) hours (between the hours of 12 noon to 5 pm only)

Open Houses and Graduations from May through September $775.00 for four (4) hours. One hour set up and one hour clean up no additional charge.
